1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement. To register and use any real-money services at sj77, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is established by and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. sj77 does not knowingly allow underage individuals to open or maintain accounts.

1.2 Philippine Residency and Access. sj77 is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. By registering, you represent that you are accessing sj77 from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful for you personally.

1.3 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) sj77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sj77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate balances in duplicate accounts in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

1.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering your sj77 account. Any false or misleading information — particularly regarding your name, date of birth, identity document details, or contact information — constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

2. Account Responsibilities and Security

2.1 Account Holder Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your sj77 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by another person who accessed your account with or without your knowledge or consent.

2.2 Password Security. You are required to keep your sj77 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. sj77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

2.3 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your sj77 account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact sj77 support immediately to report the incident. sj77 can place a temporary hold on withdrawal activity while an investigation is conducted.

2.4 Account Non-Transferability. sj77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, trade, or gift your sj77 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings within it to any other person. Suspected account transfers may result in suspension of all involved accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, among other methods listed on the platform. Payment method availability may vary. sj77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be returned without credit to the player's wallet.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

3.4 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. Completion of sj77's KYC identity verification process is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to initiate withdrawal requests. There is no limit on deposits prior to KYC completion, but sj77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time.

3.5 Currency. All transactions on sj77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless specifically indicated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by sj77 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as published on the sj77 platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limitations will be explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. sj77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend accounts where it determines — in its reasonable assessment — that a player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, using bonus funds in low-risk or system-betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of collusion with other players to extract bonus value.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire according to the timeframe stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without notice and without compensation.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

5.1 Game Rules. Each game in the sj77 catalogue is governed by its own rules as displayed within the game interface. By participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. sj77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game they have chosen to play.

5.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator-based games at sj77 use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by sj77 or by players. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server errors, disconnection events, or software failures — sj77 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where a wager was placed prior to a confirmed malfunction and no outcome was determined, the wager amount will be returned to the player's wallet. Completed rounds with confirmed outcomes are not voided due to subsequent technical issues.

5.4 Responsible Bet Sizing. Players are solely responsible for the size and frequency of their bets. sj77 provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and loss limits — to assist players in managing their gaming activity. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sj77 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Opening or maintaining more than one sj77 account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with sj77 games or systems
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or tournament games
• Chip dumping — intentionally losing funds to another player to circumvent transfer restrictions
• Using sj77 accounts for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA)
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during KYC
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward sj77 staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Accessing sj77 from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal for you personally

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1 Player Obligation. sj77 is committed to responsible gaming and expects players to engage with the platform responsibly. By using sj77, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that sj77 games are provided for entertainment purposes. You agree to play within your financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all sj77 account holders at no cost, accessible from the account settings section:

• Loss Limits — automatic pause on play activity when a defined loss threshold is reached in a session or period
• Session Time Reminders — notifications at defined intervals during an active gaming session
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (30 days to 6 months) or permanent voluntary exclusion from the sj77 platform

7.3 Self-Exclusion. If a player requests self-exclusion, sj77 will implement the exclusion within 24 hours of the confirmed request. During a self-exclusion period, sj77 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to sj77 support. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.

7.4 External Support. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming program, available through PAGCOR's official channels, as well as other Philippine mental health and addiction support organisations.

8. KYC and Identity Verification

8.1 Mandatory KYC. sj77 is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its players. Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is mandatory for all accounts that wish to make withdrawals.

8.2 Documentation Required. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and a current selfie photograph. sj77 may request additional documentation — including proof of address, proof of source of funds, or additional identity documents — where the standard documentation is insufficient to complete verification.

8.3 Failure to Complete KYC. Players who do not complete KYC within 90 days of registration, or who are unable to provide satisfactory documentation, may have their withdrawal access permanently restricted. In such cases, sj77 will follow applicable regulatory procedure with respect to any funds held in the account.

8.4 Data Use. KYC documentation is used solely for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance. sj77's handling of personal data is governed by the sj77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the sj77 platform — including but not limited to the sj77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game assets — is the property of sj77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sj77 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any sj77 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. sj77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. sj77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to minimise disruption.

10.2 Gambling Losses. sj77 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players during normal platform operation. All wagering activity is undertaken at the player's own risk. sj77 provides certified fair games — outcomes are determined by the applicable game systems and are not within sj77's control.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sj77's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the sj77 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting sj77 support. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's last-used payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to KYC completion and applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

11.2 sj77's Right to Suspend. sj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice — where it reasonably believes the account holder has violated these Terms, where regulatory obligations require it, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

11.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 — sj77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, and permanently forfeit balances where the breach is confirmed.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to data handling.

12.2 Initial Dispute Resolution. Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding the sj77 platform should first contact sj77 customer support. sj77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information to assess the complaint.

12.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through sj77's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight authority over sj77's operations in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. sj77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their sj77 account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR direction.

13.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the sj77 platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1.

13.3 Current Version. The version of these Terms currently published at sj77.org/terms-conditions is the version in effect. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
